The situation
A SACCO counter is a public space with private value behind it: staff, members and cash move through the same doors, so entry, oversight and record-keeping have to hold together without slowing service down.
What we did
We look at the site as one system - where people are allowed, what needs to be seen, and what has to be recoverable afterwards - then install and document it so the team on site can run it themselves.
Outcome
Working coverage and controlled entry, handed over with the records and support that keep it reliable after installation.
