The situation
The site needed protection and connectivity treated as one brief. Camera coverage, controlled entry and the data infrastructure behind them had been specified separately, which left gaps nobody owned.
What we did
We designed the security and data layers together - camera placement against real circulation routes, controlled entry at the points that matter, and a structured cabling and storage backbone that both systems rely on. Installation was sequenced around live operations so the site never went dark.
Outcome
One connected system, documented handover, and a single team responsible for performance afterwards. The operators gained coverage they could trust without adding headcount.
