The situation
An ICT operation keeps its own kit and its clients' data on site. That makes the equipment the asset: entry has to be traceable by person and zone, and the room that holds it has to stay cool, powered and observed.
What we did
We separate the site into zones, assign entry rules and credentials per role, and back that with coverage and network capacity sized to the reporting the team actually needs.
Outcome
Controlled, reportable entry with visible coverage, and a handover that lets staff manage routine changes themselves.
